Looking back at the past bioinformatics projects that my group handled during the last 3 years, I created a couple of informative images.
If we look more closely at the types of projects, we have this distribution:
We have mostly analysed transcriptomics, variant calling and pacbio assembly (bacteria). Yet, we had also quite a lot of R&D projects where new dedicated software were implemented.
