MOPEVAClas is a potent vaccine against Lassa fever. In order to evaluate the host response of non human primates following vaccination with MOPEVAClas, we harvested PBMC at different time points following vaccination and extracted RNA. RNAseq and transcriptomic analyses should allow us to identify markers of the immune response participating in protection.
