Project context and summary: Upon muscle injury, muscle stem cells (MuSCs) can undergo symmetric and asymmetric cell divisions to proliferate or differentiate. Although extensively studied, the mechanisms regulating these cell fate decisions have yet to be completely understood. As such, we aim to explore the regulation behind the different modes of cell division.
