At Neoplants, we perform genetic engineering of non model plants to harness the power of nature and enhance the air phytoremediation of plants.
Summary:
Following the transformation and regeneration of transgenic plants we are interested in identifying the insertion site of the transgene and the number of insertions in several lines.
In order to generate this data, we aim to perform de novo sequencing of the wild type plant and transformant lines.
