Project context and summary: The project aims to compare single cell responses to 11 different immune stimuli, through 2 different techniques (Parse Bio and Scale Bio), and to set up methods for the analysis of single cell transcriptional profiles from fixed PBMC samples. Comparison with 10x protocol on fresh and methanol fixed PBMCs is also included at basal state (nd post stimulation with SARS-CoV-2).
