During this annual 3-week-long practical work, we teach the students how to select and use various state-of-the-art technologies and pipelines for characterization of immune response. We work on healthy human blood samples from donors recruited through IcareB platform. The course covers seminars, hands-on wetlab and data analysis modules and covers cell phenotyping, cell sorting, measurements of metabolism, multiplex protein profiling, transcriptomic analysis, single cell PCR and cell culture.
