Project context and summary: We used a CRISPR/Cas9 approach to induce a point mutation in a transgenic mouse, carrying approximately 10 copies of a human transgene.
To validate the efficacy of amino acid exchange and the frequency of still functional copies of the transgene we would like to sequence and amplicon of 347 base pairs using Illumina.
