The objective is to identify essential genes in a set of bacteriophages infecting Vibrio cholerae.
To do that, a transposon insertion library was produced, and Tn-positive phages enriched using an anti-CRISPR gene encoded inside the transposon.
Tn librairies will also be used to screen for conditionally essential genes in chosen conditions.
