Project context and summary: The aim of the project is to update and standardise knowledge of Enterobacteriaceae strains resistant to third-generation cephalosporins in the Pacific region through a One Health approach. To this end, Enterobacteriaceae strains have been isolated in New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, and Vanuatu, and will undergo whole-genome sequencing.
