A few months ago, in collaboration with 10X and the Pasteur Institute, we began testing new inclusion matrices suitable for plant tissues (tomato fruit at early stages of development), which we tested using the Visium HD 3′ kit. We were able to recover good-quality amplified cDNA at relatively low concentrations. We would now like to have libraries generated from both samples and have them sequenced.
