Project context and summary:

Inner ear organoids are self-organizing 3D tissue structures that can mimic the development of certain inner ear structures, including sensory cells and their associated supporting cells.

Inner ear organoids derived from mouse embryonic stem cells harbor the two canonical cell types of the inner ear, namely sensory and supporting cells, which we want to characterize molecularly.
