Project context and summary: We performed ChIP-seq on this cell line with strange results. We suspect small rearrangements making alignments hard to perform. We planned another experiments on this cell line that required an exact knowledge of the sequences.
We want to sequence this cell line in order to analyse completely our data and perform next experiments with the nanopore technology.
