Project context and summary: This project aims to implement and validate the CellenONE technology in the context of 3′ scRNA-Seq.
For doing that, samples from different collaborators will be sorted (using CellenONE) in the CellenCHIP, which allows miniaturized reactions. cDNA amplification and library preparation will be performed in the Single Cell Platform.
