Project context and summary: Our project aims to sequence by illuminates iseq the genome of 9 strains of Mycoplasma meleagridis isolated unusually from chickens and whose size does not exceed 700 kbp. The aim of this project is to find an explanation for the molecular mechanisms underlying the genetic transfer from turkeys to hens and to identify virulence genes and virus resistance genes.
