Project context and summary: The genome of Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus DSM1053 we ordered in DSMZ does not strictly correspond to the published genome of that strain (accession number AE000666.1). There are multiple SNPs. We want to resequence the strain we have in our hands to have the corrected genome.
