Welcome to the SALSA Group page (Short And Long Sequence Analysis Group).

This group works on the drylab activities of the Biomics Platform at Institut Pasteur. We have an official page regarding our activities at Institut Pasteur and I would recommend to visit it Research Page to know more about us.

The purpose of this page is to link our daily activities with our users. To do so, we plan to use this page as a blog-like website to provide information regarding data management, primary and secondary analysis.

For now, we have a Help Desk section to help users on specific recurrent tasks, and a Blog section to inform you about the type of analysis we do. The Review section gathers short reviews on software and papers.
